What material are the products made of?

Our Cake Stands and Cookie Cutters are 3D-printed from food-safe PLA. Both are approved in Germany and the EU for direct food contact. Our Embosser Stamps are made from high-quality acrylic.

Are the products dishwasher safe?

No.

We recommend cleaning by hand only with lukewarm water and mild dish soap.

High temperatures (above approx. 40 °C) can permanently deform 3D-printed products in particular.

Where are your products manufactured?

All our own products are developed and manufactured by us in Germany.

From the first draft to the finished product, everything is created in our own production facility.

How long is the processing time?

The current processing time is always displayed directly on the respective product page.

For pre-orders (e.g., advent calendars), the shipping dates specified there apply.

How long does a custom order take?

5–10 business days lead time plus shipping. For very complex designs, a bit longer — we'll give you a specific estimate beforehand.
